Sleevit DF 200 Shrink Sleeve Labeler - Round Glass Bottles
In this application, our Sleevit DF 200 Direct-Apply Shrink Sleeve Applicator applies tamper-evident bands onto round glass bottles at speeds up to 200 containers per minute. This bugs me. But are robot was programmed to grab a pallet first and lay it down then grab a layer sheet so its center perfect. I worked at a bottle company.
That is one slow machine. Very bad looking layer squaring. Too much pausing and gaps in the layers
Good evening, can you help me? I want the book about the palletizer C3000
The design of this machine is excellent and it works well. We've been using it for over a year and haven't encountered any major issue.
The pallets would be more stable if you alternate which sides the rotated boxes are placed. Stacking the boxes identical all the way up makes for a very unstable load
Having issues with compression plates. How do I adjust them? Is it a timing issue ?
